Hi, I’m Jatziry, the owner and stylist behind New Wave. I’m known for creating movement-based haircuts that soften weight, add flow, and bring natural texture to life. With over six years of experience, and a background in color, barbering, and precision cutting, I’ve built a niche working with clients who feel like their hair is “too thick,” “too heavy,” or “shapeless.” I get it… and I love it. Thick hair just needs the right hands, the right tools, and the right vision. I’m especially passionate about butterfly cuts, long layers & face framing, razor cuts & shags, curtain bangs, soft textured, movement-driven shapes. My work is rooted in flow and movement, and personalized details. I believe every haircut should move, breathe, and be designed for your density, texture, and lifestyle. Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, in order to respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price. This fee helps to ensure that I can offer that time to another client. Thank you for your understanding and for helping me keep my schedule running smoothly!
